Britney Spears 'buys HUGE $7.4MILLION LA estate' - and it's meant to be a bargain

Britney Spears has reportedly bought a huge Los Angeles estate for more than $7million - and it's seen as a bargain.

The Womanizer singer is said to have splashed out on the sprawling, 20.98 acre property although sources have hinted it could have cost a lot more.

According to TMZ, the $7.4million price tag is seen as 'a steal' within celebrity housing circles - and the place itself looks amazing

With five bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms, the home also boasts tennis courts and an infinity pool.

 

What an amazing view

We're not sure if Britney is an avid golfer, but either way she'll have a chance to practice with a three-hole course on the grounds.

The one slight downside, according to the report, is that it will cost $1,836 a month in HOA (homeowners' association) fees.
