As if Britney Spears needs
another home, the 33-year old pop star is poppin' since purchasing her
new mansion for a cool $7.4 million dollars! The crib is just a few
miles away from her 8,456-square-foot hacienda style crib that she
copped in 2012 for $6.7 million. Last year, the starlet signed a 2 year
deal with Planet Hollywood.
The singer's new estate is a 13,264-square foot Italianate
style home that sits on approximately 21-acres in Thousand Oaks,
California at 300 miles away from her spot at Britney Spears: Piece Of Me in Las Vegas. The haven is situated in a beautiful enclave at 2300 White Stallion Rd, says Forbes and
is fully loaded with luxury amenities including a limestone mantle, an
oak panel library, chef's kitchen, media room, and four en-suite guest
bedrooms.
And
if that's not enough, the property includes an infinity pool, spa, a
1,200-square foot pool pavilion with a full kitchen, a 3,500-bottle wine
cellar, tennis court and 3-hole golf court surrounded by breath taking
views!
Apparently, the court ordered conservatorship that is under the control of father Jamie Spears,
is working out well for the pop princess. She's reportedly earns
$475,000 a show, nearly a million a week at the Vegas venue, according
to E Online. Spears is ranked #82 on Forbes' 2015 Celebrity 100 list with an income of $31 million.
Don't be surprised if the very rich Britney Spears adds real estate
tycoon to her resume since she's been buying and selling property for
quite some time. She unloaded her gated Summit Circle back
in 2012 for a cool $4.253 million, $1.25 million more than asking
price. The 15,930-square foot home was purchased in 2007 for $6.75
million during the height of the real estate bust, says a Forbes report.
