Khloe Kardashian has surfaced. The reality star appeared understandably somber in the first pictures of her since Lamar Odom’s hospitalization.

 Lamar Odom has an amazing support system in Khloe Kardashian. The 31-year-old was seen boarding a helicopter to head back to L.A. with the ex-NBA star on Oct. 18, making this the first time she’s been photographed since Lamar was tragically hospitalized after an alleged drug overdose on Oct. 13.

After spending nearly a straight week by Lamar’s bedside in the hospital, it’s no surprise Khloe didn’t exactly get glammed up for this quick trip outside. Still, she managed to pull it together, despite the flashing cameras, wearing leggings, a black sweatshirt and sunglasses. Understandably, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star seemed visibly upset, but it’s so great to see her supporting her ex every step of the way. (CLICK HERE TO SEE THE FIRST PICS OF KHLOE).
The former Lakers star spent three days in a coma before miraculously waking up on Oct. 15. Although it’s incredible that the 35-year-old has begun to recover, there’s still a long road ahead. So far, he is reportedly speaking in full sentences and able to swallow food on his own, according to E! Online.
Meanwhile, Khloe has been sticking by Lamar’s side every step of the way, even though they signed their divorce papers in July (it still could take a judge 2-4 months to sign off on them, though, so nothing is official yet). “While Lamar is doing great and showing all the possible signs of improvement, Khloe knows the hard work is ahead,” an insider told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “Doctors have told her that Lamar’s going to need an extensive about of rehabilitation and she’s preparing for that by turning her home into a rehab center.” Click here to watch Khloe & Lamar in happier times on their reality show.
