Lil Wayne faces fresh lawsuit over verbal threats

Lil Wayne is facing fresh legal action from a bus driver who claims the rapper threatened to kill him last year (14). Mark Jones filed a lawsuit against the Lollipop star in April (15) for false imprisonment, assault and emotional distress after the rapper allegedly threatened him while brandishing a gun as Jones drove Wayne's tour bus. They reached a settlement in August (15) and Wayne, real name Dwayne Carter, Jr., was due to pay $75,000 , according to TMZ.com. Jones claims he has not received his settlement and he has now filed new legal papers to get his cash. He also wants an extra $888 in interest. Carter, Jr. was hit with another lawsuit this week  by his former legal team for allegedly failing to pay his bill.
