Amber Rose: Model Mama Turns 32 Today — Happy Birthday

It’s Amber Rose’ special day! On Oct. 21, the model and mama of one turned 32 and to celebrate, we’re taking a look back at her amazing year!

Happy Birthday, Amber Rose! It’s been quite the busy year for the model and mother-of-one, who despite going through her fair share of ups and downs, has managed to handle everything like a self-proclaimed “bad bitch.” Join us now as we celebrate her special day with a look back at her year in the spotlight.

Perhaps the biggest, and most likely meaningful, highlight of Amber’s year was when she staged the first-ever Amber Rose SlutWalk in LA on October 3. The passionate feminist used the pain she felt after being called every name in the book from her high-profile relationships with Kanye West and Wiz Kalifa to create the incredibly empowering event which aimed to bring together people of all races, genders and sexual orientations to fight slut-shaming and other offensive behavior.

Amber herself may an incredibly moving speech during the event in which publicly forgave Wiz, the father of their son, Sebastian, 2, for his past disses in his music. “I also forgive Wiz for what he said,” Amber told the crowd. “Wiz actually apologized to me already, so I have forgiven him.” While the event didn’t necessarily reunite the former couple, it did seem to bring the two closer together following their dramatic divorce in 2014. The two definitely looked happy to be in each other’s company while backstage at Wiz’s concert in August 2015. Hopefully this is a sign that these two are working on being friends for the sake of their adorable son.

Meanwhile, Amber has been rumored to be dating comedian/actor Eric Andre, 32, after they declared their respective crushes on each other via Instagram in early October. Since then, the two have reportedly gotten together a few times, sharing photos of their hangouts on social media. During one of their dates, Amber even posted a cute selfie of the two with the caption, “My F*ck*n Bae @ericfuckingandre.” So cute!

Unfortunately, what should have been a high for Amber this year actually turned into a major low. The model was said to be teaming up with her best friend, Blac Chyna, 27, for a reality TV show, which ultimately ended up falling through as a result of their hectic schedules. Thankfully, the failed project hasn’t effected their friendship any. “They are still friends,” an insider tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “They were the only ones that were there for each other before the Slut Walk. Amber is not going to be hypocritical and not be friends with the one person who never did anything bad to her.”

Finally, we can’t talk about Amber’s headline-making year without mentioning a few of her bold fashion choices. For starters, who could forget her and Blac’s matching VMAs outfits, which were emblazoned with the words “slut,” “hoe” and “stripper.” The of course there was the curve-hugging pink leather dress she wore to the The Bash Collection debut at Kitson in LA, on August 27. We got to hand it to Amber, if there’s one thing she’s not its subtle. Here’s to hoping her birthday is a big a show-stopper as her year in the spotlight!
